4 MONTHS OLD!

4 months already! This past month seemed to FLY by!

Tenley is now 15.5lbs and 24 inches tall! She is exclusively on a bottle now, drinking about 6ozs each feed. Her size 3-6 clothing is getting tight but still fits! And of course she loves her accessories (i.e. hairbands)… she thinks they're tasty :P

So many great things happened this month. Tenley is sleeping through the night (YAY), she has found her voice (sometimes cute, sometimes quite loud and shrieky), she is laughing, she has found Mom's hair (OUCH), she has started teething, she loves to jump and play in her exersaucer, and most of all she is rolling back to tummy all by herself! Of course she gets stuck there and can't get back but it is still cute!

She is such a happy baby and very sociable! She recognizes her brother and often looks for him. She knows Mommy and Daddy, Nana and Papa, and Grandma and Grandpa and often flashes huge smiles at them along with a "whoooo" or "coooo" of some kind.

We love her so much and can't believe she is so big already! Toooo fast for sure!

3 MONTHS OLD!

Tenley is 3 months old today!

She is 13.4lbs and 23 inches long. She is very active and loves rolling around on the floor playing with toys. She smiles constantly and loves to talk to us and her toys! Her hands are her favourite thing and they are CONSTANTLY in her mouth. Bath time is her favourite time of day next to cuddling with Mommy and Daddy. And of the eve of her 3 month birthday SHE SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT (9:30pm -6:30am) Yippee!!!!

She is reaching for toys now and loves playing with toys in her bumbo chair!

The top picture is called a Milestone Picture. At 3, 6, 9, and 12 months you take this picture with onesies indicative of that size. It is hard to believe she will be that big by 1 year.

We are enjoying every minute with her. She was lucky enough this month to experience vaccinations, two flights to and from Ontario, and countless cuddles from extended family. She had her first Thanksgiving and first Halloween! She visited the beach, and experienced true fall activities with apple and pumpkin picking!

We are so lucky to have her and can't wait to watch her grow!
